GRIEF DEMANDS

CONVERSATION

Protect Recovery from the Expected.

Our advanced relapse prevention training course is designed to assist Substance Use Disorder and relapse prevention professionals. This training stresses the important and impactful role that grief plays as a catalyst for relapse. It demonstrates the power of spiritual action to assist clients in maintaining recovery and avoiding relapse.

This course is appropriate for anyone working with recovering individuals who want to avoid relapse.

THE RECOVERY
SAFETY NET

When they fall out of recovery, they'll need a safety net.

In this self-paced online training professionals working with clients who are in recovery from a variety of addictions will be introduced to the value of helping clients create a metaphorical recovery safety net that is layered with threads that strengthen their recovery by identifying and then adding go-to action steps and core beliefs within Recovery, Spiritual Action and Knowledge of Grief to increase success in attaining and protecting long term recovery.

WEAVING
THE NET

Strong support systems make for safe landings.

The training instructs clients to identify and activate the three areas that enhance recovery by creating a strong enough recovery net that enables the “pause”. Clients are taught the “pause when agitated” strategies that enable them to stop the free fall from recovery to relapse. The areas of Spiritual Action and Knowledge of Grief are introduced and added to their recovery program in a way that helps clients identify and strengthen individual auto-pilot core beliefs and actions that make relapse an unacceptable choice even when clients are faced with sudden and often unthinkable stresses that in the past could trigger relapse.
